It’s been just over six weeks since we sold our home! To be honest, I was a little sad when we drove away for the last time, but we have so much going on at the new house I haven’t had much more time to even think about the old house. I put my HEART (and time and money 😆) into that house with all of the updates and renovations. Not only did we renovate the kitchens, bathrooms, paint, add light fixtures, custom drapery, and decorate, we also updated all of the functional (and less insta-worthy) areas like new HVACs, roof, hot water heater, etc. There was always some type of project going on at the house throughout the 3 years of living there.

In the end, all of that hard work paid off since my husband and I were able to sell it so quickly – we got a full price offer the first weekend we held an open house and didn’t even have to list it on the MLS or use an agent. Pretty crazy!
