One of my best friends is getting married in June, and all of the bridesmaids (12 total!) went to Cabo this last weekend for the Bachelorette party. It. Was. FUN! We had the best time, and the beach and weather were absolutely beautiful. If you’re planning a bachelorette (or have in the past!), you know it takes a lot of time and coordination. You also know that you have to get all of the bachelorette party swag – we kept it classy this time 😉 . Stag and Hen has the cutest bachelorette party favors and decorations, and you will see some of their adorable pieces in the below posts.
Here is an outline of our itinerary and a short description of each spot in case you want some tips for a bachelorette party in future. **Updated guide on where to stay here!
Friday
- We left around 10:00am and since we are all in Houston, it was a super easy 2 1/2 hour flight to get there. The Cabo airport is surprisingly nice and customs was a breeze. They also have a bar right outside the airport which was fun for grabbing a drink while waiting for our bus to pick us up. We stayed at the Cabo Villas which was perfect for a large group. We had 2 2-bedroom suites which slept all 12 girls because the couches were pull out sleeper beds. See post here about places to stay!
- We did bottle service in a cabana by the beach after we changed into our swim suits.
- After a few hours on the beach, we headed back to the rooms to get ready for dinner. We decked the bride out in a “Bride-to-be” headband and sash and headed next door to Ediths (a MUST GO-TO RESTAURANT when in Cabo!).
- After dinner, we headed to the infamous Squid Roe for bottle service and dancing (also a must-do for a bachelorette party!).
Saturday
- We went to brunch at the resort restaurant overlooking the beach. It was stunning! The view was beautiful and we all started the day with coffee and mimosas (and matching heart shaped sunglasses – they are THE CUTEST!).
- We laid by the beach until we headed over to Mango Deck for lunch. Like Squid Roe, this place is a must-do for a bachelorette party. It is like MTV Spring Break (but a littleeee classier…a little!) and we loved every second. They have contests held on a stage in front of the beach where they take people from the audience to be judges or participants, so of course we had to get our bachelorette up there (AND her twin sister).
- After Mango Deck, we headed back to our rooms to get ready for dinner. We then held our lingerie shower and had the cutest cookies and champagne. We ended up going back to the resort restaurant for dinner and they had a fireworks show over the water.
- After dinner, some of us ended up at Mandala’s which is another fun dance/night club
Sunday
- We had our bus pick us up at 9:30 and we all caught flights back home in the early afternoon.
Have you been to Cabo? If so, what was your favorite part?

*I ordered 2 one-piece bathing suits for the trip and ended up loving them! They are both under $20 and looked exactly like the pictures. The only catch I would say is they run small! I am wearing a size large and they barely fit so size up! I also like this one (and will be ordering it next!), and this one if you’re the bride!
